𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗘𝗫𝗖𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗬 𝗛𝗢𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗦 𝗕𝗗𝗙 𝗠𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗘𝗥𝗦 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝗠𝗘𝗗𝗔𝗟𝗦

The Botswana Defence Force (BDF) held a Medals Parade this morning and His Excellency the President of the Republic of Botswana, Dr Mokgweetsi E.K Masisi who is also the Commander in Chief, awarded deserving members of the Defence Force medals.

The awarding of medals is a way of recognising and thanking former and current members of the Botswana Defence Force for the outstanding service and conduct in their military duties.

Medals were awarded in recognition of Duty Code Order, Pearl Jubilee, Distinguished Service, Long Service and Foreign Service Medal.

The awards ceremony will be followed by BDF Day on Saturday 25th May 2024.
