Everyone deserves to be with their families during any kind of holiday. Having said that, Botswana National Team Coach Peter James Butler left for England yesterday for his festive holidays. PJ and the Zebras had a good run in the recent months and he is expected to return early next month to prepare for the AFCON 2017 Qualifiers.
A very vocal person on social media PJ on his twitter account posted to his followers that it has been a long time since he was home and that he is looking forward to the cold. “Merry Christmas to all Batswana and see you in 2016,” he added.
Peter James Butler is an English former professional footballer who made more than 450 appearances in the Football League and the Premier League. He then took up coaching, first in England and then in Australia and South-East. He is currently coaching our national team, a position he took last year.
Happy holidays coach, ga bo motho go thebephatshwa!
