TEMPORARY FIELD ASSISTANTS

DURATION OF CONTRACT: 6 MONTHS (NOVEMBER 2017 TO 30 APRIL 2018)

RASESA: REFRENCE NO. 006

Applications are invited from suitable qualified citizens for the above mentioned vacant positions in the District Crop Production Office tenable in Rasesa Extension Area..

SALARY: B5 Scale bottom notch scale (p2397.00 per month)
LEAVE: 20 working days per annum
AGE LIMIT: 18-45 years of age

JOB REQUIREMENTS
– Minimum of Junior Certificate.
-No criminal record
Must be physically fit
-Good behavior/sociable
-Sober habits(no alcohol, drugs) etc.

ACCOMODATION: NOT PROVDED

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
-Measuring the fields in the Department Of Crop Production under ISPAAD programme.

DUTIES
-Measure fields ploughed/planted under ISPAAD programme.
-Calculate the total area ploughed/planted.
-Fill in the practical completion certificates.
-Submit completed certificates to the supervisor for checking.
-Distribution of Seeds, compilation of reports or any other duties cognizable to the job.
-Undertaking any other related duties as required meeting the exigencies of the service.
