Minimum Requirements
Diploma in Secretarial Studies any other related field
3 years post qualification experience in secretarial or receptionist role
Proficiency in Setswana & English
Computer Literate
Key Responsibility Areas
Monitors and record visitorsβ access while adhering to plant security standards.
Arranges travel & accomodation for all staff and keep a register.
Answers and forwards incoming calls.
