VACANCY: PART-TIME TEACHING ASSISTANTS

Duties: The successful candidates will conduct tutorials in the subject areas listed below during the academic year 2016/2017. They will also be expected to assist the respective course lecturers in the following subject areas; Organisational Behaviour, Principles of Management, Entrepreneurship courses, Business Plan Development, Introduction to Business Mathematics, Logistics, Quantitative Methods for Business. Tutorials are typically conducted during the day, between 08:00hrs and 17:00hrs. Other duties include marking of tutorials and any other duties as may be assigned by the Head of Department (immediate supervision will be under the academic staff member with whom you will be working). Applicants should indicate the subjects in which they are competent.
Requirements: Candidates should have a minimum of Bachelorβs degree in Management with at least a 2.(i) pass or equivalent in a business-related field. Experience in handling tutorials will be an advantage.
Remuneration: As per approved University of Botswana part-time rates.
