Vacancy- Maun German Translator Wanted At Safari Destinations

You will be working with German agents handling all their travelling requests, putting together itineraries and quotes that meet travellers’ needs, and all related administration work. In addition, you will be meeting and greeting travellers and ensure all German travelling documentation is translated.

You must have a diploma or degree in Tourism, hospitality business or related industry with 5 years’ experience in administration, hospitality and/or tourism of which some of this experience must be in remote tourism within Southern Africa selling safaris. You will possess good command of both verbal and written English and German with work experience of using these languages in a business context including having done translations. You will have an understanding of international travellers, proven administration and organisational skills. In addition, you must be in possession of a driver’s license, have travelled internationally yourself, be computer literate and have strong numerical skills.
