To plan and coordinate the promotion of industrial harmony and efficient through the provisions of equitable application of market related terms and conditions of employment

Position Requirements:

Qualifications
●Degree in Social Sciences with specialisation in Human Resources /Capital Management or related discipline

Experience

3 years post qualification experience in a similar position

●Managed labour relations functions
