JOB OPPORTUNITY AT MAJESTIC FIVE
We are looking for a Guest Relations Officer to provide high-quality service to our hotel customers. You will address complaints and go the extra mile to make sure our guests are satisfied.
RESPONSIBILITIES
β’ Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages)
β’ Review arrival lists to welcome guests
β’ Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries
β’ Help prepare welcome messages.
β’ Provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote services
β’ Anticipate guest needs and build relationship with customers
Experience
1. At least 2 years of experience within the hospitality industry
