Qualification
Bachelor Degree in (Sales, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent)
Job Requirements & Experience
To shadow existing Territory Manager (Shell branded service stations) which will inter-alia consist of;

Understanding, implementation and assessment of HSSE standards including training of site staff
Understanding and implementation of sales excellence tools and processes on site
Regular review of site performance: sales (fuels and lubes), profitability
Site standards understanding and its implementation and monitoring
