Vacancy- Finance Manager Wanted At The World Group
Key Performance
- Preparation of budgets
- Preparation of monthly management reports and annual audited accounts
- Implementation of adequate internal controls to enhance the performance of the company
- Actively involved in credit sales and debt collection
- Timely payments to suppliers
- Management of cash flow
- Preparing of staff remuneration
- Liaise with Government regulatory bodies, banks, auditors etc
Qualifications
The position requires any of the following Chartered Accounting qualification:
- ACCA, ACA, CA, CIMA or BICA
- Holding a Business Degree will be an added advantage
- A Professional membership of a recognized Institute (BICA)
Experience:
- The person should have hands-on experience in the Chartered Accounting field with at least 5 years experience in a management role
- Having earned the experience in a fast-paced retail environment will be an advantage
Competencies Required:
- Excellent Organizational and Planning skills
- Valid Drivers license is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office
- ACCPAC Accounting and Ulti Sales
- This person should be able to think pro-actively, creatively and responsively and be prepared to work in compliance with deadlines
