Vacancy- Finance Manager Wanted At Naledi Motors
Requirements
The suitable candidate must have a minimum of 8 years experience of which at least 7 years in a similar capacity, sound in skills, membership of an Internationally recognized accounting body (ACA, ACMA, and ACCA) and excellent communication skills
Objectives and Key Tasks:
- Head the Financial Department
- Human Resources Management in the Finance Department
- To advise General Manager on company’s liquidity position on a daily basis
- To ensure that he is aware on the company’s financial position at all times
- Monitor financial and budgetary performance of all departments
- Advising all Managers and GM’s on financial matters
- Staff Training (Finance Department)
- Oversee all Accounts and Forecourt staff and its operation on a daily basis
- Generate and issue reports needed by other departments
- Liaising with banks, company lawyers and oil companies where necessary
- Oversee the Payroll function
- Making senior staff payments
- Treasury management
- Working Capital management with a strong focus on Debtors
- Ensuring that the General Ledger is updated and necessary reconciliations are completed monthly and for the year end Financial Audit
- Liaise with Auditors
- Preparation of annual budgets
