JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for ensuring that all outstanding balances of clients owing are collected monthly
Regular follow up of debts and overdue debts
Receipting of cash received
Follow up agents and all monthly unpaid
Timely report submission
Cancellation of unpaid debts
Attending to queries on the phone or in person

QUALIIFICATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
AAT
Proficiency with MS Excel
Fast typing & data entry skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently & as part of a team
Good awarness of deadlines
Self discpline
Attention to detail and accuracy
Communication skills
Ability to prioritize
