Vacancy- Corporate Learning Coordinator Wanted At New Era College
Summary
To coordinate, plan, collect, consolidate and analyse data on potential students for the part-time and corporate learning programmes, serving as an overall link between New Era College departments, the industry and the public. To educate the concerned target group on matters pertaining to part-time learning programmes, short courses, workshops, seminars and open lectures. To explain the fee structure, conditions of learning, payment plan, and distribution of learning materials, brochures and other related information including the general marketing of the programmes.
Main Duties
- Oversees and manages part-time and corporate learning programmes, coordinating short courses, workshops, seminars, etc.
- Meets with departments, administration and external representatives to confer, share information and views on curriculum requirements
- Manages accounts and database for the part-time and corporate learning students
- Coordinates orientation for the new students
- Assists in the procurement and distribution of students’ materials and supplies as and when the need arises
- Works in collaboration with Admissions and PR & Marketing departments on the recruitment and procurement of students
Qualification and Experience
- Preferably Masters in Business & Administration and a qualification in Education will be added advantage or any relevant qualification
- At least 5 years of working experience in a Tertiary Education Institution at managerial position.
