Provide basic technical support for and improve usage of Modular products. Knowledge and experience of using Modular’s core products and their best use practices
Requirements
Educational Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
Required Skills:
Mandatory requirement:
- Knowledge and experience of working on all Modular Products
- Experience working on SQL, C, C#
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Report writing abilities
- Good interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience
- Should have a Driver personality per DISC assessment
Other Requirements:
- Mining experience preferred
- Multilingual a plus
