1.Catering Managers
Must have at least 7 years experience at management level with a minimum of a Degree in Hospitality or equivalent (Hospitality experience is an advantage)
2.Assistant Managers
Must have at least 5 years experience at management level with a minimum of a Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent (Hospitality experience is an advantage)
3.Chef
Must have at least 7 years experience as a chef with a minimum of a Diploma in culinary arts or equivalent
4.Nutritionist
Diploma in food nutrition or equivalent with a minimum of 3 year experience in hospitality environment
5.Cost Controller
Must have at least 3 years experience in accounting with a minimum of AAT level qualification, experience in accounting software is necessary and SAP is an advantage
6.IT Assistant
Must have at least 3 years practical experience in networking,hardware and software maintenance with a minimum qualification diploma in computer,added advantage will be additional certifications
