Township Rollers Declared The Champions Of The 2015-16 Season

After going back and forth for months, Botswana Football Association (BFA) has declared Township Rollers the Champions of the 2015-16 season. This should be in Guineas book of world records…The longest football season ever, since the 2 teams at the top were battling in the courts for the ultimatum title.

This comes after Township Rollers withdrew their Appeal from Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) and BFA applying the results of Playoff game against Mochudi Centre Chiefs which was played on Thursday 11th August 2016 which Rollers won 5-1. This should be in Guineas book of world records…The longest football season ever. We cannot wait for the league to begin.
