Theetso Thuku From Botswana Wins The Miss UCO International 2017-2018

Theetso Tshukudu put our name on the map when she got crowned Miss UCO International 2017-2018. She joins the number of local women who holds their own in international pageantry. The multi talented became the fairest of them all last week at the Miss UCO International competition.

“I am proud to announce that I am Miss UCO International 2017-2018. God is good. I couldn’t have done it without the support of my family and friends. Words cannot explain how blessed I am. Ke a leboga,” the excited Theetso said.  The Kang born beauty is very proud that unlike many beauty contestants, she did this pageant with her natural hair and that was sincerely one of the most liberating feelings of her life, making her feel like she is enough just the way she is.

The International Student Council (ISC) is an official student organization at the University of Central Oklahoma (UCO) that works to share the cultures of member associations and advocate on behalf of international students.
