1. Assistant Catering Manager -Diploma in hospitality and 2 years experience as a supervisor
2. Head Chef-degree/diploma/certificate in cooking and Culinary with a minimum of 3 years large scale catering experience
3. Pastry Chef-Have at least 2-3 years experience in the field bakery as a pastry chef. Relevant qualification with diploma / certificate would be an added advantage.
4. Sous chefs-diploma/certificate in food preparation along with a minimum 2 years working experience in large scale operation
