The ministers and permanent secretaries are kicking today

It is only in Botswana where you get to witness the most executive of all rulers within a country get together for a soccer challenge. National Stadium will become a place of fireworks later tonight at 1830hrs when cabinet ministers will be going head to head with permanent secretaries in the accounting offices. President Mokgweetsi Masisi will be leading the minister entourage and they are expected to maintain their good standing against the permanent secretaries.
