Wednesday was the Facebook worldwide launch of Reactions , the new Like button with more ways to express yourself. Not every moment you want to share is happy. Sometimes you want to share something sad or frustrating. Now you can do a whole lot more than “like” a Facebook post. “Love,” “Haha,” “Wow,” “Sad,” and “Angry” are five new Facebook buttons that people can click when responding to a post.
If you’re on your phone, the new buttons appear after you hold down the Like button. If you’re on a computer, you’ll see them when you hover your mouse over the Like button.
Love is the most popular reaction so far, which feels about right. Before the launch reactions was already live for Facebook users in Spain, Ireland, Chile, the Philippines, and a few other countries. Initial reactions to Reactions has been positive
