Temporary Reception Class Teachers And Teacher Aides At Primary Schools
REF: CREOS 4/4/1 I (67), Vacancy Circular N0.4 Of 2016. Ministry of Education and Skills Development-Central Region. Applications are invited from suitably qualified teachers to teach reception classes at primary schools. This invitation is open only to those who have a teaching qualification and are Botswana citizens.
Main Purpose Of The Job.
Inducting pre-primary school pupils based on prescribed syllabus, supervising guiding and counseling pupils, maintaining records and participating in extracurricular activities.
Requirements.
Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Education with early childhood Education & Training.
Competencies.
• Speak English & Setswana Fluently
• Passion for working with children of ages 3.5 to 5.5
• Ability to plan effective learning and care programs
• Ability to guide and facilitate play as part of Academic Transcripts
• Ability to work extra hours
• Team player and friendly
Contract: 12 Months
