Bayport Financial Services invites applicants to apply for the post of Telesales Agent. Reporting to the company’s Regional Sales Manager, the incumbent will have as a core responsibility, the generation of leads, telephonically, and sending them to direct sales personnel, including Branch Managers and Loan Officers to support/boost sales through the Regional Sales Manager.
Position Requirements
Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically.
Sells company products using over the phone.
Protects the integrity of the Bayport brand.
Receives sales targets from Regional Sales Manager on a month by month and
executes as required.
Responsible for offering customers with excellent customer service to uphold the
Bayport Customer Experience standards.
Qualifications
A Diploma in Business or Marketing or any related field
Outbound and Inbound call center experience
Sales and Customer service knowledge and experience
Have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
