System Analyst/Developer Wanted At Botswana Havard AIDS Institute
Botswana Harvard AIDS Institute Partnership is a collaborative research and training initiative between the government of Botswana and the Harvard T. Chan School of Public Health. BHP is dedicated to fight HIV/AIDS and related public health challenges through collaborative research, education and capacity building. They seek an assertive result oriented strategic thinker with good interpersonal skills to fill the following position:
Systems Analyst / Developer
The candidate will report to and work closely with the Director of Data Operations to:
• Design, develop, maintain and deploy new and existing clinical research, laboratory and survey systems.
• Prepare for and participate in system and data audits
• Maintain documentation and adhere to strict change management procedures
• Prepare datasets for monitoring and analysis
• Liaise with stakeholders as required
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems or similar degree is required. Proficiency in python, Django, SQL and Linux is a significant advantage.
