DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Answering customer inquiries via phone,
email and in-person.
Direct Customers to online services
Update customer records in the system,

Acting as a team player and facilitating
teamwork in the organization.
Computer literacy.
including notes about interactions.
Develop a report with customers.
Make recommendations to management to
improve the customer experience.
Handling of cash services and ensure timely
banking.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Diploma or Degree in relevant course.
2 Years of experience using Microsoft Office
Basic knowledge of office equipment and computer experience.
Previous customer service experience in an office.
Valid Driver’s license including PRDP with minimum of 2 years driving experience.
Residence in Gumare will be an added advantage.
