Spoke Supervisor Wanted At PG Glass Africa
PG Glass is a network of glass sales Centres in Africa, as well as the largest installer of glazing and building glass products as well as automotive glass in Southern Africa and Africa. They are looking for a spoke supervisor to join their team.
Main Purpose Of The Job.
Total emphasis on Customer service. Special emphasis should be to ensure management of stock levels, preparing daily schedules and keeping optimum stock levels, ensuring good housekeeping
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible to prepare daily schedules against orders and lead time.
Management of stock and packing of stock
Account for breakage and keep record book updated
Ensure good housekeeping
Assist Sales Centre Manager with variance analysis
Keep optimum stock levels
Offload deliveries and pack correctly
Checking actual deliveries against invoice
Carry out of monthly stock take and report to manager
Plan daily delivery routes with drivers
Counter sales duties
Ad hoc duties
Educational Background & Experience.
• Minimum BGCSE
• Class B driver’s licence
• PRDP an added advantage
• Previous supervisory production experience; Computer experience is essential
• Computer literate, with MS Word, Excel, Outlook
