The role of Service Consultant will be to achieve exceptional client service within the branch networks. The role also exists to execute other maintenance activities so as to maximize profitability of the customer base in the branch networks.
Job Description
•Identify and handle walk-in customer inquiries completely and accurately
•Resolve customer complaints and queries to the satisfaction of the customer
•Educate customers on company’s products and services
•Apply and adhere to company’s customer service policies and procedures
•Perform client business retention
•Identify upsell or cross sell opportunities
•Identify ways to prevent client problems from reoccurring and to alert management of underlying service problems
•Processing of benefit payments
•Processing of financial and non-financial amendments
•Follow up on pending Client Service reports
•Assist in compiling daily, weekly and monthly reports
•Act as project resources as and when directed by management
Requirements, Education and Experience
•Any Bachelors Degree, COP will be an added advantage
•This is a graduate position so prior experience is not mandatory however experience in customer service or office administration will be an added advantage
