A Master’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Process Engineering, or a related discipline, plus proven food industry experience including commercial research and food manufacturing process development are required. Full membership of a recognized professional body is essential.

The National Food Technology Research Centre (NFTRC), a government funded Food Science and Technology Research institution based in Kanye, Botswana, invites applications from qualified and experienced persons for the position of Senior Research Scientist Technology Transfer within the Research & Development Division.
