SBT Autos Looking For Trainee Sales and Marketing Staff
SBT Botswana are Japanese used cars exporters and Japanese used cars dealers in Botswana. SBT Autos is looking to employ individuals for the positions of Marketing and Sales Persons. The successful candidates will undergo training and evaluation for three months and their performance will be reviewed and the impressive individuals will be offered contracts for employment with SBT Autos.
N.B. Trainees will be offered Remuneration and allowances of total BW Pula 3000.00 per month.
Key Responsibilities:
– Calling& seeking new customers & retaining existing ones
– Marketing of SBT cars
– Managing customer accounts
– Delivering first rate customer service
– Conducting in person meetings with current & prospective clients
– Sending quotations & follow ups
– Exceeding monthly sales targets
– Perform any other duties assigned by managers
Requirements:
– Certificate/Diploma in any discipline preferably business related
– Degree or experience in a related field will be an advantage
– Customer service driven
– Excellent computer skills particularly Excel & Word
– Self-driven, flexible and ability to work under pressure
– Fluent in both English and Setswana
– Good interpersonal & communication skills
