Sankuyo and Mababe Residents Benefit from Trophy Hunting

Residents of Sankoyo and Mababe villages have benefitted immensely from Trophy Hunting. Kgosi Gokgathang Timex Moalosi stated that Sankuyo Tshwaragano Management Trust has wired 65 households for electrification, built toilets, sponsored students for tertiary education and provided them with monthly allowances, built a day care centre, and give allowance to the elderly aged 55 years and above.

Mababe Zokotsama Community Vice Chairman Mr Katholo Mogodu highlighted that the Trust has Built houses for the elderly and give them P700 allowance on monthly basis. They also built a campsite for Mr RADP, they give all households in Mababe P3000 twice a year (January and December), destitutes are given P700 monthly allowance and the trust further contributes P15,000.00 to bereaved familes in the village.
