Metropolitan Botswana is looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to fill position of Sales Managers in the Retail Department. Reporting to the Regional Manager: the incumbents will be primarily responsible for provision of leadership, supervision, providing, business development and resourcing the team.

Requirements
A degree in Business Administration or equivalent,
5 years sales management experience
Certificate of Proficiency (Long Term Insurance)
Life insurance product knowledge
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
