President Masisi says church should help with stopping GBV

His Excellency Dr Mokgweetsi Eric Keabetswe Masisi says the church should play it’s part in the fight against Gender Based Violence.

Speaking at the United Congregational Church of Southern Africa (UCCSA) in Moshupa this morning, Dr Masisi said we have a duty to protect each other as a society.

President Masisi also spoke against discrimination against those living with disability.

His Excellency noted that Covid-19 is still a concern, especially in Europe and China, and encouraged Batswana to continue to take care of themselves against the pandemic.

He wished the church happy holidays and gave them hampers to encourage the spirit of giving during the holidays.
