People Management Consultants is a growing Human Resources and Organisational Development consulting company that has been in existence since June 2010. They are looking for a mature, energetic values-driven young lady for the position of HR & Administration Officer to provide support to the Managing Consultant and her associate Consultants in carrying out the following responsibilities;
• General Office Administration:
• Financial and general records maintenance:
• HR/OD Consultancy Support and
• Client Relations
• Sales and Marketing
Qualifications and Experience
BA/BSc in HR Management or any related social sciences
At least 3 years relevant working experience post-graduation
Required Competencies
o Customer focus
o Computer literacy
o Planning and organising (including knowledge of office practice and procedures)
o Teamwork and team leadership
o Attention to details and
o Analytical ability
