Office Manager Wanted At Puma Energy Botswana (PTY) LTD
Puma Energy Botswana is looking for an office manager who will be reporting directly to the General Manager. As the officer manager you will be the first point of contact with staff and other stakeholders responsible for the overall management of office, contacts and logistics.
Main Responsibilities
● Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests
●Organizing, scheduling and maintaining appointments
●Responsible for travel and accommodation logistics for the business
●Arranges payment of all overhead invoices and other staff expenses
●Monitors stationery and all inventory
●Ensures all representatives and first aiders are trained and informed of any new legislation
●Manages all local facilities team members
Qualification and Experience
●Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/ Management or equivalent
●At least 5 years post qualification experience
