OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Kambricks Holdings is a growing civil, building construction and plant hire company which has associate companies in car rental and supplies. We are looking for an experienced Office and Administration Officer to help us with our ever-increasing administrative needs. The Office is in Gaborone at Broadhurst.

Job Summary:
The candidate would be performing an admin-cum-finance role. The candidate must have good communication skills and have experience in invoicing, billing, office management and call handling. You must have a valid driver’s license that is more than 1 year old.

Responsibilities:
• Dealing with customers enquiries on different platforms.
• Explaining and advising customers about products offered by the company.
• Taking orders from customers on various platforms
• Communicating orders to various responsible parties within the company.
• Maintaining a good filing system.
• Ensuring smooth running of the office and other relevant administrative duties as may be directed by the Supervisor

Minimum education and training:
• Must possess a minimum of BGCSE
• Certificate or diploma in accounting or business administration would be an advantage.

• Attention to detail and must be able to multitask
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• People orientated
• Pleasant and confident telephone manner
• Self-driven and proactive with the ability to work with minimum supervision
• While being a team player RELIABLE and honest
• Respect for discretion and confidentiality
• Computer literate

Work experience would be an added advantage
