The Company has the following vacancies tenable in our branches country-wide.

1. Branch Managers -The Branch manager will be responsible for:

• General Management of Division ( branch level).

• Ordering and inventory management of the products.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

• Preparation of management reports ( for your division) on monthly basis.

• Inventory control and stock takes• Maximize sales volumes and revenues.

• Maintains excellent long term customer relationship, improve customer service.

• Constructively handles customer complaints.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma in Animal Health and Production/ Certificate in Agro Chemicals Management / any other business related qualification.

• At least five (5) years’ experience as a Branch supervisor/ administrator/ Manager in a retail environment

NB: The following will serve as an added advantage:

*Class B SADC Driver’s license *Practical knowledge of Kerridge Commercial Software or any retail software acceptable to Mont Trade ( Pty) Ltd *Customer Service Course *Safety Health and Environment Course[SHE]
