Miss Botswana 2016: Who Will Be Crowned The Queen Tonight?
It’s D-Day today as we are a few hours away from the crowning of Miss Botswana 2016. This glamorous national beauty contest in the history of the country being held under the stewardship of Botswana Council of Women (BCW) and the Ministry of Youth, Sport and Culture (MYSC), will conclude this evening.
At least 12 finalists from the initial top 30 are set to compete for this coveted crown which will see the queen scooping P450,000. Being the 50th Miss Botswana edition, the fairest of them all should consider herself lucky as the country is celebrating its silver jubilee and is posed to represent the country at the Miss World contest which is scheduled to be held in Washington DC in December 20.
The 12 finalists are Aisha Monna, Angela Atlang, Gaseangwe Balopi, Katlego Gaotsenelelwe, Katlego Yane, Lorraine Ditsebe, Mphoyame Sephikwe, Nicole Gaelebale, Oabona Kamona, Phatsimo Baoagi, Sharon Seno and Thata Kenosi. All the best to the 12 ladies,may the best woman win.
