MAINTENANCE UNDERWAY IN SCHOOLS

In an effort to have school facilities ready for occupation and use when school calendar resume, Selebi Phikwe Town Council has commenced maintenance of toilets and installation of hand washing basins in every block of classrooms in all primary schools. Soap and sanitizer dispensers will also be installed for better hygiene. In efforts to maximise local beneficiation the maintenance work is done by local handy men who registered with the council sometime in March this year. The hand washing basins were also procured locally from Fibreman. The work is anticipated to be completed by the end of this month.
