Lerato Motshwarakgole Moves to The US For Her Havard Masters
Just like many children, growing up, Lerato Motshwarakgole wanted to be many things, from a lawyer, doctor to a scientist. But one thing for sure this Molepolole born young woman always had a deep passion for acting. Having realised from a young age that this is what she wanted to do, she studied Theatre and Performance at UCT. Now the petite go-getter is going to get her Masters in the best University in the world, Havard.
“I am thrilled to share that I got accepted into Harvard University to do my Masters, following in the footsteps of my idols and Harvard Graduates Barack and Michelle Obama. Dreams come true! Modimo o mogolo,” she posted on her facebook page. The down to earth actress went on to quote her idol, “there is no boy cute enough or interesting enough to stop you from getting an education. If I had worried about who liked me and who thought I was cute when I was your age, I wouldn’t be married to the president of United States” – Michelle Obama
Lerato is well known for the role that she played in the much loved South African soapie Generations, as Zimbini Tlhaole, Dineo’s half-sister. Everything she touches seem to turn into gold, and we are adamant that she will continue achieving great things in the US. You go girl.
