Know your potential
It’s hard as humans to stand because we always have situations that pull us down. And when we look at these situations, they seem to be impossible and they make us seem so small and unworthy. I have personally been to hell and back. I lost my mother when i was 13years old. All my relatives were nowhere to be found. I was left with my brother to suffer. This one time I told myself that the ball is in my court. I had a choice to take my school work seriously or sit and feel self pity. I chose to take my school work seriously. As young as I was, I was able to realise the intelligence I had and that the key was in my hands. I worked hard and today I am studying BA (Hons) Accounting and Finance. All this was possible because I was able to realise my potential.
What I am saying is, in the mist of your problems, do not wait for anyone to come to your rescue. The key out of your problem is in your hands. instead of saying ‘why me’ jump and ask ‘whats the way forward. Stay strong.
The potential to break out is in you. Do not look down on yourself. You are a victor.
