Jojo Wants To Go Platinum

Traditional singer and dancer Jojo wants to go platinum. The Goo Moiyabana hitmaker who is known for her ‘sensual’ traditional dance moves has embarked on a journey to be the first local artist to sell 100k copies of her album of her album titled Bo rra Setori.

The campaign that is spear headed by her management company Gilbert Promotions is dubbed #operationhelpjojo4platinum.

The president is expected to unveil the campaign by being the firsJojo’s platinum dream person to buy a copy at a tune of P2500.

The 10 track album with songs like ‘Morwalo’, ‘Ntate o kae’, ‘Moloi’, and ‘Koko ya Setswana’ features artists like Deep Strata, Noello and Swagger Lady.

Although Jojo has had many highlights in her career she has never been one of the most trending local musicians. She has performed internationally, she was at Afrimma Awards in Dallas  in 2015 , had a chance to perform at Robert Mugabe’s birthday and also performed at Brazil during the 2014 World Cup.
