Job Advert- Administrative Officer
An opportunity exists for a passionate and motivated Administrative Officer. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
Key responsibilities
• Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
• Answer queries by employees and clients
• Update office policies as needed
• Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
• Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
• Schedule in-house and external events
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Requirements
• Degree in Business Administration or Equivalent
• A minimum of 2 years proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
• Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
• Must have a Driver’s Licence
