Job Description: | Main Purpose of the Job:
Reporting to Facilities Officer, the candidate will be required to support administration maintenance of the company facilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: • Supervising multi-disciplinary contract teams • Ensuring availability and maintenance of basic facilities, Allocating and managing furniture and space within land and buildings • Ensuring that facilities meet standards and Government regulations. Drafting reports

Academic Qualification and Experience The candidate should have attained the following: • Bachelor’s Degree in Estates Management or BSc (Hons) Estates Management knowledge in managing contracts and outsourcing will be an added advantage.
