Inspirational: Mogogi Gabonamong By His Wife’s Side At Her Graduation!

If there is one couple in Botswana that resemble Bonnie and Clyde, it’s our very own Mr and Mrs Gabonamong. Being a footballer’s wife can’t be easy, you deal with a partner who is always away, and the lady fans who sometimes get personal. But Tumie handles all this like a queen, she is always giving her husband the support he needs, and it was the same when she graduated, Mogogi dropped everything to be by her side in Capetown.

In her own words she attest that she would never have made it without the constant love and consistent support of her husband. “He always puts himself last just so we can be happy and thrive. Last year was tricky. Finishing off my tertiary needed a strong support system, I had to make a decision to either pause or finish off,” she said. This was because she was pregnant with her second child, staying in Bloemfontein, but a student in Capetown.

“I was flying back and forth between Bloemfontein and Cape Town almost every 2 weeks whilst the hubby stayed behind with the 1st born. I kid u not when I say he does this whole parenting way better than me. I’ve never met anyone who selflessly give his heart like he does.” This is a true example of true love, where each individual want their partner to succeed.

Tumie is an inspiration to all women, she is not  just a footballers wife, she is a woman who grinds. She is doing well for herself, and at the same time supporting her husband’s career, and raising two beautiful kids. Big up Mrs Gabonamong!
