I Do Not Take Orders From BEPA!- Mc Maswe

RESPONSE TO PP AND BEPA Statement

After the PRO of Botswana Entertaintment Promoters Association PP has issued a statement that entailed their disapproval of how MC Maswe conducted himself at the Toropo Ya Muka music festival, Maswe also came out to tell his followers that he is not a member of BEPA and that they have no right to ‘tarnish’ his name.

“I am astonished to have come across the BEPA statement stating the penalties against me. I want to inform the nation at large that, i am not a member of BEPA therefore they must desist from tarnishing my brand. I am a member of BOMU, which houses promoters, artists, djs, studios etc.

I will accept a disciplinary measure from BOMU not BEPA. BEPA and Pp are just dysfuntional bodies which need disciplinary themselves. Who wrote about them when they were insulting people during Bot50?

Did Pp pay all the artists he is owing including those he promises to take them higher at a fee?. Pp and BEPA must go back to clean their cribs before trying to cleanse mine. To the public at large, i still apologize and will continue to do that until peace be restored.”.
