HUMAN RESOURCE ADMINISTRATOR (2 Year contract)
Main Purpose of the Job:
Reporting to the Human Resource Specialist, the incumbent will be responsible for providing administrative and general HR support to both internal and external customers to facilitate successful achievement of BoFiNet’s mandate.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administer the payroll
2. Provides HR administrative functions
3. Implements HR policies and processes to ensure an excellent climate for productivity
4. Implements the human resource management information systems
5. Ensures compliance with all government regulatory requirements in the fields of employment
6. Maintains all employee records
7. Manages on boarding of new staff in line with BoFiNet standards

Academic Qualifications and Experience
The candidate should have attained the following:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related area
• At least one (1) year relevant work experience
• Experience in payroll will be an added advantage
