House Mother Wanted At Childline
Childline Botswana is looking for a House Mother to join their organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the Place of safety facility.
• Supervise the child care teams’ activities to ensure the appropriate level and quality of care for children.
• Ensure that children are clean, tidy, and well fed at all times.
• Ensure that children receive medical attention as needed and appropriate.
• Develop and manage the staff roster including timeous arrival of staff for their shift.
• Ensure proper communication/hand over between the shifts to account for specific child care issues.
• Ensure proper stock of essentials, carry out stock takes on a regular basis.

Minimum Requirements:
• Cambridge/ BGCSE Certificate.
• 35 Years and above.
• At least 5 years’ working experience, volunteer experience would be an added advantage.
