To provide first line customer services interaction with walk-in clients. This involves picking daily reported customer enquiries/requests and queries.
experience and qualifications
Direct entry with Business Degree or at least a Business Diploma.
2years’ experience in a general banking with good exposure on service standards.
Additional information and responsibilities
Identifying cross-selling opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
Provides excellent customer service to walk-in clients by resolving their lodged queries.
Provides service advice to clients regarding access to relevant products and solutions.
Orders and issues customer Cheque Books, debit and credit cards orders as lodged from time to time.
Logs and tracks daily query workflow as lodged on CARE system
Coach customers on their banking needs and product utilisation.
Ensure adherence to FNB Golden Rules when handling client documentations.
To migrate customers from Branch based banking services to online platforms as per Bricks to Clicks Strategy.
Attends to customer service issues to prevent complaints from escalating.
Acts on customer instructions to close Accounts in the Branch.
