Qualifications/Experience:
• Associate degree/ degree or equivalent; related work experience
• Good team player with strong interpersonal skills experience
• Interest in scholarship administration; working with students
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English.
• Reliable, honest, and available for an immediate start.
Job Summary:
This position involves the administration of Botswana Government students in countries of accreditation. The incumbent will be responsible for the provision of academic and welfare monitoring services, wellness checks on students.
Requirement Immigration Status: US Citizen or Permanent Residence (Green Card Holder).
Duties:
• Maintains students’ register, academic files
• Organises orientation and other welfare meetings with students
• Monitoring and welfare issues
• Manages health insurance plan: Enrols of new students on health insurance plan and disenrolls graduates from the plan
• Monitors academic progression
• Organises travel logistics for completing/ transferring students
• Liaises with institutions of housing and accommodation arrangements for on-campus students
• Overall responsible for students’ general welfare
