Bayport Financial Services is looking for a Customer Service Representative. The post is tenable in Gaborone. The incumbent will be responsible for handling customer service queries & inquiries as well as promoting maximum customer service satisfaction and strong customer loyalty.

Education:

A Diploma or Degree in Business Management or any related field.
At least 2 years customer service experience in a financial sector/call center/ or mass market industry.
The incumbent must be highly customer focused and Proficient in oral and written communication.
