Overview
Orange invites candidates who wish to be part of a dynamic workforce to apply for the above position.
Reporting to the Shop Supervisor, the successful candidate will be expected promote and sell Orange products to existing and prospective customers through a relationship based on approach.
The main duties include but are not limited to
Promote and sell Orange Botswana products and related services to existing and prospective customers.
Offer exceptional customer service and maintain good housekeeping standards.
Handle all customer complaints before escalating to Shop Supervisor.
Sell Orange products and services.
Ensure the management of shop prospect list.
Make telephone calls and pitch company products and services.
Follow up the result of the prospection calls.
Respect the Retail Code of Conduct.
Address all customer complaints in time.
Escalate complaints to relevant teams and managers and give timeous feedback to customers.
Keep a record and make a follow up of all escalated queries and complaints.
Develop oneself to stay abreast with new technologies and developments.
Develop Sales skills and product & service knowledge.
Knowledge and Skills
Good knowledge of prospection and sales techniques.
Sense of duty related to customers.
Resilient.
Trustworthy.
Honest.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Computer literate (MS Office).
Qualifications and Experience
BGSE/O level certificate.
2 years of experience in a similar role, customer service.
